All patients who are referred by the dietetic clinic after being released from the inpatient wards are assisted by our department of nutrition and dietetics. A different team is responsible for handling outpatient referrals as well. For patient meal plans that are tailored to their unique conditions, our specialized dietitians collaborate closely with our catering department. Dietitians, nutrition nurses, nutrition administrators, and nutrition assistants make up the department of nutrition and dietetics at Mayom Hospital. Our dietitians have advanced training in a variety of medical specialties, including neonates, children, gastroenterology, diabetes, critical care, geriatrics, bariatrics, and others.
